What is Orientation Race ?
A special map of orientation, a compass and let’s go to discover the multiple paths in the surroundings of the park! A mental challenge practicable by everyone. Go and search for the beacons placed in the different sectors, in zone “Natura 2000” and old railway.
This activity is only available for groups.
With the O. R., use your head and your legs !
The map
An orientation racing map is much more accurate than an IGN map. It is on this map that the location of the beacons to be found is indicated.
The compass
It is used to orient the map in relation to the terrain, it is thanks to the compass that the map is usable.
The beacons
You have to find them ! Orange and white, they are equipped with coded punches. Guaranteed adrenaline rush when you find them !
